General Christopher G. Cavoli is the Supreme Allied Commander Europe and the Commander of U.S. European Command. General Cavoli was commissioned into the Infantry in 1987 and has served in a wide variety of positions throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. General Cavoli held fellowships at the National Defense University, the George C. Marshall Center for European Security Studies and the Army Chief of Staff’s Strategic Studies Group. General Cavoli is a Foreign Area Officer with a concentration on Eurasia and holds degrees from Princeton University and Yale University.
