Biography

Mary Louise Kelly is co-host of NPR’s “All Things Considered.” Her recent interviews range from Secretary of State Antony Blinken and CIA Director William Burns, to Prince Harry, Jane Fonda, Paul McCartney and Matt Damon. Previously, Kelly served as national security correspondent for NPR News. Her assignments have included North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and beyond. Kelly’s writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and other publications. She is also a contributing writer at The Atlantic and author of two novels, Anonymous Sources and The Bullet. Her memoir, "It. Goes. So. Fast", is out now from Henry Holt.
