In his current role, Adam works to secure the release of U.S. citizens unjustly detained abroad and prevent the unlawful taking of U.S. citizens by other countries and non-state actors. Adam founded a number of healthcare companies including Landmark Health, a company delivering around-the-clock medical care to chronically ill patients, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group for $3.5 billion. In 2018, Adam took on major roles in the U.S. Government, including Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, where he worked on value-based care for the United States. Adam was also a founding member of Operation Warp Speed, unanimously confirmed by the Senate as the first CEO of the International Development Finance Corporation, and a negotiator in the historic Abraham Accords. In 2021, Adam started Rubicon Founders to build healthcare companies that transform how care is delivered in America, as he saw the power of bringing the private and public sectors together to solve our nation’s greatest healthcare challenges.
