Colin Feiter is an Associate in the Real Estate Group at Carlyle, based in Washington, DC. He currently helps manage investments across Carlyle’s U.S. real estate platform, with a focus on rental housing. Previously, he worked in Blackstone’s Real Estate Group, supporting the firm’s Core+ strategy across high-conviction sectors including rental housing, logistics, and data infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Colin served as a U.S. Navy submarine officer, stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, aboard the fast attack submarine USS Louisville (SSN 724). He completed two deployments to the Western Pacific and Middle East in support of maritime security and intelligence operations, and was later selected to advise Naval Special Warfare teams on undersea operations. Colin earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from Villanova University.
