Rob Joyce served for over 34 years at the NSA, finishing as Director of Cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he held roles across signals intelligence and cybersecurity, including leading the NSA’s elite hacking unit, Tailored Access Operations (TAO). He also served as Acting Homeland Security Advisor, Special Assistant to the President, and Cybersecurity Coordinator on the National Security Council. He is now the founder of Joyce Cyber LLC, where he serves on board and in advisory roles. His ongoing work includes the Safety and Security Committee of OpenAI, Security Director at Nokia of America, and advisory positions with Microsoft, PwC, BlueVoyant, DataTribe, and others.
