Matt Noyes is the Cyber Policy & Strategy Director for the U.S. Secret Service’s Office of Field Operations. He leads policy, strategy, planning, and budget for their global network of over 160 offices and 3,100 special agents and professional staff. He joined the Secret Service in 2012 after leaving active duty in the U.S. Army; he continues to serve in the Army reserve, currently assigned to the Joint Staff. He has a master in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and applied computational mathematics from the University of Washington.
