Halyna Yanchenko, Ukrainian politician and Member of the Parliament of Ukraine. Ms. Yanchenko focuses on investment policy and defense industry. In Parliament, she leads a cross-party task force focused on attracting investments into Ukraine’s defense sector and is the author of several legislative initiatives aimed at deregulation and modernization of this field. Since 2020, she has chaired the Parliamentary Commission on the Protection of Investors’ Rights. She also serves on the Supervisory Board of Ukraine Invest, the government’s investment promotion agency and is a Secretary of National Investment Council under the President of Ukraine.
