Deputy National Intelligence Officer for Space, Office of the Director of National Intelligence
Campbell Sebastian is the Deputy National Intelligence Officer for Space at the National Intelligence Council, where he leads strategic intelligence estimates of foreign space and counterspace programs, capabilities, and operations. In this role, Campbell supports the Director of National Intelligence and other National Security Council, congressional, and Department of War principals with authoritative analysis and expert briefings on behalf of the Intelligence Community to inform policy development, military planning, and acquisitions. Campbell previously served as an intelligence officer within the Department of War, leading a team of analysts focused on foreign space strategy and doctrine. He also supported counterterrorism and intelligence operations while deployed. Campbell holds a degree in international studies from Johns Hopkins University.
