Co-Founder and CEO, Mental Health Global
Clara Kaluderovic is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and a former Schmidt Fellow at the Special Competitive Studies Project. She is co-founder and CEO of Mental Health Global, a nonprofit partnered with the Ukrainian Armed Forces to address unmet mental health needs in Ukraine and other conflict zones, and co-founder of ex2, an AI nonprofit supporting the development of large language models in countries lacking local AI infrastructure. Her work with ex2 has included LLM projects for Kurdish and Neo-Assyrian. Clara has also advised on novel AI applications in the defense tech space and data-center cost efficiency to expand access to AI compute. Of Ukrainian heritage, she is driven by a commitment to next-generation technologies with lasting commercial and social impact. She is a young professional member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
