Joseph A. Dinkel serves at Apandion as a Strategic Advisor on Defense, providing assessments, evaluations and briefings on defense conditions, capabilities and threat dynamics.
He graduated with distinction from the Naval Academy and completed his master’s at Tsinghua University as part of the inaugural Schwarzman Scholars class before serving a decade as a Navy SEAL Officer in various capacities.
Concurrent with his Apandion role, he continues serving in the Naval Reserves. He remains dedicated to the proposition that those closest to conflict carry the greatest responsibility to lead, advise, and serve, long after the uniform comes off.
