Joseph A. Dinkel is a Strategic Advisor at Apandion, a privately held firm investing across next-generation technology, clean energy, and defense in service of long-term American strength. Having served as a Navy SEAL for the past decade, he transitions to a reserve role within the SEAL teams this fall. In his final tour, he returned to his alma mater in Annapolis to teach Literature of War & the Sea, earning recognition as the 2026 Military Teacher of the Year. He remains dedicated to the proposition that those closest to the point of conflict bear the greatest responsibility to lead, advise, and serve — long after the uniform comes off.
