Eva Pound is an Associate Booking Producer at Punchbowl News, a D.C.-based news organization that covers Capitol Hill. Prior to this position, she was an Associate Producer for CBS News’ Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan, where she covered politics and foreign affairs. She worked on several notable interviews for the broadcast, including producing interviews with Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and French President Emmanuel Macron. She also worked on CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell, contributing to the nightly live broadcast and covering major political events, including the CBS News Vice-Presidential Debate and the 2024 election. She has also held roles on Capitol Hill with the House Oversight Committee and in political consulting. Eva is originally from Atlanta, GA, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia Honors Program, where she studied journalism and international affairs.
