GEN Fenton served over 38 years in the U.S. Army and Special Operations, including as Commander of the U.S. Special Operations Command, Commander of the Joint Special Operations Command, Senior Military Assistant for two U.S. Secretaries of Defense, Deputy Commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and Commander of U.S. Special Operations-Pacific Command. He received multiple awards including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and multiple Bronze Star Medals. GEN Fenton currently serves on several non-profit boards including: The Honor Foundation, Spirit of America, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, and Vigilant Torch Foundation. He is on the advisory board of Duke University’s Coach K Center for Organizational Leadership and Ethics. GEN Fenton graduated from the University of Notre Dame and earned a master’s degree from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
