Christo Grozev is the head of investigations for The Insider and an investigative lead author for Spiegel.
Prior to that he was executive director of Bellingcat. Christo has led dozens of investigations including the downing of Mh17, the identification of the Salisbury and Navalny poisoners, the Berlin bicycle murder from 2019, identification of war criminals in the war on Ukraine, and many more. He co-produced and appeared in the Oscar-winning documentary “Navalny.”
He is also the founder and CEO of M4 Studio, which aims to convert journalistic investigations into documentaries and short films. He is a visiting professor of journalism at Princeton.
