Deputy Staff Director, U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (U.S. Helsinki Commission)
Jordan Warlick is Deputy Staff Director at the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission), a bipartisan, bicameral commission of 18 Members of Congress advancing security, human rights, and democracy across Europe and Eurasia. She leads policy on Central Europe and the Baltics and manages the Commission’s Max Kampelman Fellowship Program. Since joining the Commission in 2016, Jordan has advised and staffed members of Congress, organized major hearings and international CODELs, and coordinated closely with the State Department, international organizations, and foreign partners. Jordan has held congressional fellowships at the Atlantic Council and the Wilson Center and has had experience at the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and the McCain Institute. She holds degrees from the U.S. Naval War College and the University of Southern California.
