Judicial Law Clerk, U.S. Court of International Trade
Sibilla serves as a judicial law clerk for Judge Timothy M. Reif at the United States Court of International Trade in New York. Her work focuses primarily on the judicial oversight of decisions regarding import transactions into the United States. Prior to clerking, Sibilla worked as a litigation associate at Ballard Spahr. She holds a B.A. from the University of St Andrews, where she was a member of the horse-riding team, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law and a fellow for the Institute of International Economic Law. She grew up in France and the United States, is fluent in French, and speaks German and Spanish. In addition to her professional endeavors, Sibilla loves the great outdoors, camping, horses, hiking, skiing, and plans to own a ranch someday.
