Shannon is a public diplomacy practitioner living in Denver, Colorado. At WorldDenver, she leads the international exchange programs team and spearheads special initiatives to localize the organization’s global engagement. Shannon received her M.A. in International Studies, with specializations in Public Diplomacy and U.S. Middle East Policy, from the Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs at the University of Denver. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida and interned at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow as an undergraduate. Shannon speaks French and Russian.
