Christina is a career U.S. Foreign Service Officer. She is currently stationed at U.S. Embassy Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where her portfolio covers human trafficking, bilateral anti-corruption efforts and labor reforms for migrant workers. Previously, Christina served at U.S. Consulate Rio de Janeiro where she adjudicated non-immigrant and immigrant visas, supported Mission-critical efforts to protect U.S. citizens and reported on Brazilian elections. In 2016, Christina was named a Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellow. She obtained her master’s degree in security policy studies, with a focus on intelligence and military operations, from Georgetown University. Christina has prior experience as an analyst in the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security and working for the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Christina is an alumna of the University of Maryland and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Christina speaks Portuguese and Gulf Arabic and has also studied Spanish.
