Senior Program Manager, In-Q-Tel
Allegra is a Program Manager at In-Q-Tel (IQT), where she works alongside IQT’s government partners and portfolio companies to ensure successful solution transfer across various tech focus areas including energy, space, microelectronics, and biotechnology. Prior to joining IQT, Allegra led global product innovation in emerging markets at Nestle and served in various national security roles for the U.S. government. Previously, Allegra was a White House speechwriter and a journalist for the Associated Press. Allegra holds an A.B. from Harvard, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and an M.A. in international studies from The University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and speaks French, Italian, and Russian.
