Kelsey Ritchie Frierson is an Associate at Beacon Global Strategies, where she advises clients on a range of national security and technology issues. She was previously a 2023-2024 Congressional Innovation Fellow, where she worked on Capitol Hill as a tech policy advisor focused on artificial intelligence. She previously was the Lead Client Solutions Manager for Logically AI, a tech startup that uses AI/ML to identify foreign influence campaigns online. She also worked as the Project Manager for the Online Speech Project at the American Enterprise Institute, where she organized an expert working group and public events about Section 230 and various internet regulation and content moderation policy. Previously, she worked in Deloitte’s federal consulting practice, supporting a variety of national security clients. She received her master’s in global policy studies from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, and bachelor’s degrees in political science and journalism from Texas Christian University. She is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and she now lives with her husband on Capitol Hill.
