Judge Advocate, U.S. Army
Seth is a Captain in the U.S. Army currently serving as Trial Counsel at Fort Meade, MD. In this role, he has prosecuted soldiers for offenses including sexual assault, domestic violence, aggravated assault, and defrauding the government, and advised on dozens of criminal investigations. Previously, Seth was stationed at NATO SHAPE in Belgium and in Baumholder, Germany, where he supervised internal investigations, advised commanders on the lawfulness of fiscal expenditures, and provided legal representation to soldiers who were victims of crimes. Seth holds a B.A. from Tufts University in political science and history and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He enjoys playing violin, bar trivia, and reading historical fiction.
